Warranty Policy

1. Scope

This warranty policy applies to all products marketed under the Onbath’s brand, operated by the company FLOATCRAFT , purchased via the Onbath's website.


2. Legal Guarantee

In accordance with current European regulations, all products sold by Onbath's benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

This warranty covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.


3. Commercial Guarantee

Some products may benefit from a commercial warranty of more than 2 years .

In this case, the duration and specific conditions of this warranty are clearly indicated on the corresponding product page. If no specific terms are mentioned, only the statutory 2-year warranty applies.


4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty, whether legal or commercial, does not cover :

  • normal wear parts (seals, cartridges, hoses, filters, moving parts, consumables, etc.);
  • normal wear and tear related to the use of the product;
  • defects resulting from improper installation, incorrect use or inadequate maintenance;
  • damage resulting from an impact, fall, accident, modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party;
  • cosmetic damage not affecting the product's functionality.

5. Conditions for implementing the guarantee

To benefit from the guarantee, the customer must:

  • keep the proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation);
  • use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions;
  • comply with the recommended installation and maintenance conditions.

6. Warranty Application Procedure

All warranty claims must be sent to Onbath's after-sales service by email to:

The application must include:

  • the order number or the invoice;
  • a precise description of the defect found;
  • photographs or videos to help assess the problem.

7. Procedures for coverage

After reviewing the file, Onbath's reserves the right to:

  • repair the defective product;
  • replace the product or part in question;
  • refund the product if no other solution is possible.

The method of handling is determined by Onbath's in accordance with applicable regulations.


8. Limitation of Liability

The warranty covers only the product in question. It does not extend to indirect costs such as removal, reinstallation, labor, lost profits, or any other indirect damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.


9. Applicable Law

This warranty policy is subject to German law , subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
